Pretty Lakeland B&B ideally situated between Windermere village and the lake and close to all amenities. The comfortably furnished bedrooms are spotlessly clean with en-suite shower/WC, colour TV and tea/coffee tray.

With a choice of over 15 tasty dishes on the breakfast menu, there is something to satisfy everyone. After helping yourself from the cold buffet try a full English or vegetarian/vegan cooked breakfast or if you prefer you could have kippers or oven fresh croissants with jam or cheese. All guests are offered free access to a luxury local leisure club as well as free internet access. The emphasis at St John's is definitely choice as well as great value for money. There is now wireless connectivity for laptops. Also ability to plug in and use ADSL technology. Minimum of two nights at weekends. Can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Minimum three night bookings all Bank Holidays including New Year. Check in between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.(latest). Check out 10 a.m. Exclusively for none smokers. No children under 6 years of age. We give guests a front door key on arrival but please note, so that everyone can enjoy a restful stay in our family run guest house, we request no access to the building after 12.30 at night.
