Elim House is situated just a minute from the bustling village of Bowness and Lake Windermere. Judith and Steve offer you a warm welcome to Elim House, serving fresh home cooking in a pleasant atmosphere.
All standard rooms have same facilities i.e. double bed, tea/coffee machine, heating, colour T.V.,towelling robe,wash hand basin, hair dryer. The shower room is shared with one other room only. These rooms are also available for single occupancy. There is a minimum 3 night stay at Bank Holidays. All of our en-suite rooms have a comfortable bed, Tea/Coffee machine, heating, colour T.V., armchairs, hair dryer & private shower room with W.C. There are a wide variety of shops and restaurants in the area, as well as a cinema, all within easy strolling distance of the house. Lake Windermere is only a ten minute walk away where you will find an abundance of water sports for the energetic or if you prefer to take things easier, a cruise on one of the lake steamers will enable you to take in the wonderful scenery of the area.
