Help - How to cancel a booking

When you book a hotel through this website you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a link to the hotel cancellation page.

If you wish to cancel your booking you simply go to the cancellation page specified in your confirmation email and enter your email address.  You will then be shown on screen your current bookings. From here follow the simple instructions which will inform us of the cancellation.

When you have completed the process you will receive an email which confirms the cancellation.

Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
